I have read your blog with more than a little interest ....
I am very sorry that you have experienced such trauma at the hands of this man. I live in the same road and have also had a nasty experience with him, as have some of his other neighbours. He is thoroughly disagreeable! Your blog has been discovered by the neighbourhood and we would like to thank you for making the effort to let this saga be known.
We wish you luck and hope that your experience here has not prejudiced you against our street.

I must commend u for the article about George. I live in one of his houses and cant wait to get out! Never seen a bastard so heartless. He painted windows yesterday but could not lift a finger to fix 2 window panes which were plastic mended before I came, then the plastic fell off. He's such a piece of rubbish I never saw in my entire life including Ireland, where he comes from.
It is winter and the wind keeps blowing in, i dont have time for all the legalities, but I'll pay him. Not as a weakling but I know exactly where his stop is gonna be at. Which is the main and last stop for ALL arrogant peoples.

I realsie I forgot to mention my name on the last comment I made. Anyway, finally moving out of Gerge's house last week was the greatest delight. I left one day earlier because I just could not wait anymore, uh, even had to cancel an appointment to the beautiful Gordon's bay!
More later, I so wish you could link this blog to Gumtree for future tenants to see before they sign the goddam contract.
